Tucked into the peaks surrounding Park City, Utah, this one-of-a-kind mountain home was built with one objective in mind: to gather. When building their forever Utah home, these clients' primary goal was creating a space to bring together their family, their friends to create memories with those they love. We designed this roughly 6,000-square-foot property with only one central living area filled with art, a natural landing place for all the things these clients love most. Our team worked meticulously to source materials tied to the land, curate art from the western region, and cover every surface in elevated, yet inviting finishes. Stone, wood, steel, cork, and plaster act as neutral vertical backdrops to the predominantly local art collection.

Full of opportunities to push the boundaries of expectation, this remodel project yielded a home where art and color breathe life into every corner. Our clients came to us wanting to rethink areas of the floorplan and update all the finishes to match their evolving style—and showcase their impressive art collection. New flooring, cabinetry and tile modernized the living areas, while a selection of wallpapers throughout act as a visual guide, allowing the eye to rest on the varied exhibits of photos, paintings, drawings and sculpture. Here, art is not confined to a frame, but serves as a way of living.

This Draper family home was carefully transformed from its early 2000’s Tuscan style to a transitional modern space with just the right amount of luxury. Removing the formal sitting room we expanded the kitchen and added an open dining room creating a floorplan built for hosting family and friends with ease. Rich, moody, and warm finishes were used through the space, elevating and bringing new life to the home.
